Notary services are available by appointment only. To schedule notary services, kindly call or text.

It’s important to clarify that we do not provide advice on existing documents or create documents for our clients. Our sole function is to offer notary services. If you have inquiries regarding a document, we recommend seeking guidance from an attorney.

For individuals requiring notarized signatures, all parties must be present and possess a valid and current state-issued ID (Driver’s License, Identification Card, Passport, Military ID).

All signatories must be capable of independently reading, comprehending, and signing the document(s) without assistance. A sample passage may be presented for review before notary services can be provided.

Documents should be fully completed but left unsigned until my arrival.

Failure to meet the specified criteria will still incur charges for non-notarial services (such as printing, travel, and time).

Preferred methods of payment include Cash,  Zelle. Credit and Debit cards can be accepted.

Fees (priced per document):

Taking acknowledgments or proofs:

First signature: $10

Each additional signature: $1

Administering oath or affirmation: $10

Certifying a photocopy: $10

Providing an uncertified copy of an entry from a notary’s record book (per page): $.75

Certifying a copy of an entry from a notary’s record book (per page): $10

Photocopies Per Page: $.35

Faxes (per page): $3

Scan to email (per page): $1

Additional fees:

$30 for appointments on weekends, holidays, or outside normal business hours (9AM – 5PM).

Travel fee is a base of $30 + $2 per mile, plus applicable fees listed above.

Wait fee of $1 per minute after a 15 minute grace period.
